How this works
Every Monday at 6:00 AM, Lab Brain lists your own clients who need a decision this week. A client appears in one group only.
Pack almost out: three or fewer sessions left on a pack, or the pack runs out within 14 days at the client’s usual pace. The pace is their sessions over the last 8 weeks.
Slipping: came in the last 60 days, nothing for 14 days or more and nothing booked; or came in the last 90 days and nothing in the last 30.
Paid, not coming: sessions left on a pack and no session in 30 days or more.
Done records what you did. “Reached out, no answer yet” shows the name again next Monday. “Letting it go” keeps it off the list for 60 days. Not now hides the name until next Monday.
Nothing is sent to your clients.
No one booked. Add who came.
Say what you did, how the room went, and anyone to flag by name. Thirty seconds is plenty.
